The UAA Residential and Dining Hall project combined solid engineering and excellent teamwork meeting the client¹s challenging programming and design requirements and extremely tight budget.

The new addition to the UAA Aviation Technology Center integrates multi-function information systems with a state-of-the-art, standardized telecommunications system design.

Called the "Library of the 21st Century", the renovated UAA Consortium Library features modern HVAC design and fluorescent fixtures near window areas that dim according to daylight levels.
