Dave joined AMC Engineers in 1994 and became the head of the Mechanical Engineering Department and Vice President in 2012. Dave thrives on solving complex mechanical engineering problems by applying fundamental physical principles and consistently finding the most effective and straightforward solutions to meet his clients’ goals. Guided by his design philosophy, “Simple is Elegant,” Dave prioritizes operational efficiency and ease of maintenance in every project. Before joining AMC, Dave gained over a decade of invaluable “hands-on” experience operating nuclear-powered propulsion systems, which honed his analytical skills and reinforced his disciplined approach to engineering challenges. Among his proudest moments at AMC Engineers is witnessing the growth and professional development of the next generation of talented engineers and staff. Outside the office, Dave enjoys channeling his engineering skills into home remodeling projects. He’s also an avid reader, particularly of detective and thriller novels, and has spent more than a year of his life underwater, reflecting his unique professional background and dedication to his work.
