The remodel of the two-story office building at 701 East Tudor was a multiphase project that included a complete replacement of the HVAC system, featuring four premium rooftop units and high-efficiency condensing boilers, along with upgrades to most of the plumbing systems. Electrical improvements involved consolidating multiple services into a single new electrical service, installing a new fire alarm system, and adding exterior lighting for the building and parking areas. AMC Engineers continues to support a range of tenant improvement projects within the building, from full remodels to targeted updates of individual spaces.
