The design for this new alternative school, serving grades 10–12, is based on the Mat-Su Borough’s Susitna Valley Junior/Senior High School, a LEED Silver-certified facility. It emphasizes maintenance-friendly, energy-efficient central MEP systems. Smart controls and programming enable the building automation system to optimize energy consumption, delivering significant cost savings over the life of the building.
