Aleutians East Borough School Condition Surveys

AMC Engineers completed on-site mechanical and electrical condition assessments and code reviews for K-12 schools in Akutan, King Cove, False Pass, and Nelson Lagoon. The purpose of these assessments was to document the existing condition of each facility. The evaluation covered major building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power distribution, and energy use and efficiency. The report also outlines replacement priorities and associated costs.
