SEARHC Building Condition Surveys

AMC Engineers led a team of architects and engineers to perform condition assessments for SEARHC at facilities throughout Southeast Alaska, including locations in Klukwan, Angoon, Haines, Hoonah, Pelican, Juneau, Sitka, Wrangell, and Prince of Wales Island. The assessments addressed major building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power distribution, and low-voltage special systems. A detailed report on the condition of each facility was provided at the conclusion of each study. Each report included an overview of the general building condition, identified major deficiencies, and provided cost estimates for necessary corrective actions.
